Hi there,
I’m Caroline – graphic designer and artist of Ellingboe Design. I have been running my small business for 6 years and I thrive bringing passionate ideas to life through design. building relationships with my clients, deep diving into their project needs from start to finish. I am a go-getter, a flexible creative and the breath of fresh air that your business needs.
Ellingboe Design specializes in brand design, visual identity design, print & digital asset design and art prints. I sell my work in my Etsy shop, here!

1. I am a flexible creative
I am a graphic designer, artist and photographer – this side of my business has its own world! See my work HERE and follow along @ellingboephoto.
2. I married my high school sweetheart
15 years and counting and almost 9 years married to my Windom. We were 16 when we met and we have two beautiful children together. Our favorites are any outdoor adventure, traveling, lake time and sport.
3. I am a woman of the land of 10,000 Lakes
Born and raised in the western suburbs of Minneapolis + always dreaming of lake days on Minnetonka and soaking in sun at our up north cabin.
5. I have a lifelong passion for gymnastics
I did gymnastics from 3–22 and competed DI for Bowling Green State University (see beam & bars here!) I make sure I can ALWAYS do a standing flip ;)
7. I care about our planet, Mama Earth
I do my part, no matter how small, to reduce my footprint and to promote sustainable a lifestyle. If we take care of mama, she provides for us.
9. I am the oldest of 3 siblings
A natural born leader; adventurous woman; lover of control and constantly curious to find ways of improved efficiency and betterment to live by.
4. Cat lady forever and always
Zara and Titus provide endless cuddles and mayhem. Quite the dynamic duo or “frenemies, these two are both strays/rescues and Zara is the OG who I found my senior year of college at BGSU.
6. I have a bug for travel & want to see the world
From Thailand to Turks & Caicos to Belize to the many states of the USA, I find creative inspiration wherever I travel. I hope to see the world whenever and wherever I can – it is a BIG place full of life!
8. I am a (slightly introverted) extrovert
While I thrive on social interaction and excitement, I need my down time & time alone with my thoughts. You’ll find me paving the way to the dance floor / at home many-a-Friday night with a glass of wine and SNL
10. I care about YOU
I wear my heart on my sleeve and genuinely care about the people in my life, including my clients. I want what’s best for your business and to be the one to help it blossom & thrive!
